Welcome to Hope OT and Wellness! I am both an Occupational Therapist and Fitness/Yoga instructor who has had the pleasure of working with families in the DFW area for the past 25 years. My goal through Hope OT and Wellness is to provide families and individuals with resources and access to strategies for living their best life.
Whether it be learning more about the typical child development, ways in incorporate sensory play into everyday routines, learning to read body cues for emotional regulation, or improving your overall wellness through movement, nutrition, and stress management, I hope you will find Hope OT and Wellness a valuable resource for your personal life journey, in whatever season you are in.
On this site, you will begin to find videos and links for various topics including autism, developmental delays and other pediatric diagnoses, fitness, yoga, health and wellness, mental health, etc. I am also available for in-home consultations to help address sensory needs in the home for both children and adults, for private yoga sessions, or for consultation regarding the areas of my expertise. Please reach out to me at hopeotandwellness@gmail.com with any questions, suggestions for resources, or to find out more about my in-home services.
