     The services I offer at Hope OT & Wellness often focus on reading and addressing body cues, learning about regulation and how to self-regulate and/or co-regulate, and establishing strategies and supports for successful functioning in daily life. I use a neurologic sensory processing approach and work at a pace you feel is comfortable, targeting goals that are important to you. Not only do I work with clients of all ages, I also work with clients who have complex needs and multiple diagnoses including:
